ECO Scheme
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government program designed to help you save money on your energy bills by making your home more energy efficient. Not only will you lower your monthly costs, but you'll also do your part for the environment!
Here’s how it works:
- Every home is eligible for a specific amount of funding.
- We offer a free, no-obligation survey to check what improvements your home needs.
- If you qualify for the ECO scheme, you could receive a free gas boiler and other energy-saving upgrades for your home.
Available upgrades include First Time Central Heating, boiler replacements, and insulation.
Do You Qualify?
To see if you qualify for the Government ECO scheme, you or someone in your home needs to meet these criteria:
- You must be a homeowner or a tenant.
- You should receive income-related benefits.
- Your boiler needs to be a non-condensing model.
- Terms and conditions apply.

The ECO4 scheme provides grants to help install first-time central heating systems in homes that have never had them before. This program is designed to assist low-income, vulnerable, and fuel-poor households by covering the full cost of a new central heating system.
